A message from Fernando Claro, CERS president
Dear friends ,
As you are already aware, at the FIRS General Assembly held in Nanjing, China on September 3 rd , 2017 a number of very important decisions were adopted, in particular with regard to the following statutory changes:
1) FIRS changed its designation to “WORLD SKATE”
2) All Continental Confederations have seen their framework and designations changed to:
• WORLD SKATE AFRICA
• WORLD SKATE AMERICA
• WORLD SKATE ASIA
• WORLD SKATE EUROPE
• WORLD SKATE OCEANIA
Subsequently, the World Skate Image and Communication Department prepared the Design and Brand Guidelines that ha ve to be used by all institutions using “ WORLD SKATE ” as their “ brand name ” .
I n the specific case of WORLD S KATE EUROPE , the following logo , in its various applications, w as created:
Finally, I consider fundamental that , afterwards , this set of changes should be formally communicated to all the affiliated Federations of the WORLD SKATE EUROPE .
