Ris Orangis Registration Process
The framework of rules in place since last year, considering players eligibility, has been improved by CERILH. The main purpose of the framework’s update is to take into account clubs situation in a country where the national competitions have not started at the end of the Women European League’s registration process, in the still ongoing logic of avoiding any “last minute” transfer of players that come to reinforce one team only for this event. CERILH and your national Governing Body will control this point.
Please read RIS-ORANGIS 2017 #1 bulletin, this document contains all the updated information about the event and the venue.
For new countries, it is important to be affiliated to CERS. If it’s not already done, please let me know, I’ll introduce you to the right person at CERS.
Women European League is open to National Champion and Cup Winner. If the winner of those 2 competitions is the same is a country, the National Governing Body will choose the proper team to represent the country. Priority is given to Champions, then Cup Winners.
Finally, when receiving this information, can you please indicate if your club is still interested in participating to the Women European League. This will be useful for CERILH to know this in advance, in order to find other teams.
For National Governing Bodies, please share this email with clubs responding to the qualification criteria in your country; let us know as soon as possible the situation in your country and share contacts.
