To all In Line Hockey National Governing Bodies in Europe

Dear Presidents,

CERILH has approved its new European events Regulations for both national teams Championships and Clubs Competitions.

Those rules mention the ability, for CERILH, to create a Referee commission in order to help the organization and management of referees in competitions, and also coordinate trainings and different aspect of the referees system in Europe.

On the proposition of its president, CERILH Provisional Committee has named:

  • Robi Engler as President of the Referee Commission
  • Andrea Fonzari as Vice President of the Referee Commission

Following CERILH EURO CLUBS Competition rules – Article 9.8 to 9.12

  1. Each year, national Governing Bodies have to communicate a list of all referees in activity with an international degree. At the same time they can propose a list of deserving referees to be graduated by CERILH Referee Commission.
  2. The referees of a CERILH CLUBS COMPETITION are appointed by the referee in Chief, based on the list of referees in activity provided by national Governing Bodies to the referee commission. The referee, to be eligible, must be in possession of its international degree.

By this letter, I’m asking you to give a warm welcome to Robi Engler and Andrea Fonzari in their mission of creating the list of all the referees with an International Degree in Europe and help them in constituting the teams that will be nominated to officiate on all our events during this season.

Best Regards

Boris DARLET
