EL 2018 will be opened in priority to champion and cup winner of each country. This rule concerns the following teams:
- France : Rethel and Grenoble
- Spain: Majorca and Rubi
- Italy: Milan and Cittadella
- GB: Norton Cyclones and Hornets
- Czech Republic: Beroun (no cup in 2017)
- Switzerland: Laupersdorf and Linth
- Sweden: Köping (no cup in 2017)
- Belgium: Crows Bastogne or Chap’s Piéton-Beaumont (to be confirmed by the federation)
